Yes! Updates to your plan affect your overall weekly subscription, including how many meals you get each week and which meal types you receive (breakfast, vegan lunch, meat dinner, etc.). Your meal plan is a set of meal or product types you subscribe to and receive weekly.

How to update your meal plan
- Head to your Meal Plan page under Account.
- Click Change Plan next to Meal Deliveries.
- Choose one of two options:
- Custom - to build a custom meal plan by editing quantities and meal types.
- Quick Picks - to select from preset plans.
- For a custom meal plan, select Edit to the right of the delivery cycle you want to update.
- Adjust your quantities by selecting + to add items or - to remove items.
- Click Save to confirm your changes.
- If you have two deliveries per week, repeat these steps for the other delivery cycle in your subscription.
Deadline: Meal plan changes need to be made by 11:59 PM PT on Thursday before the next delivery week.
What to know about meal plan changes
- Updating your meal plan will reset any previously customized or skipped deliveries. Review your Upcoming Deliveries after saving changes.
- Adding 4+ items of the same meal type will automatically add a second weekly delivery to ensure menu variety.
- We can't swap End of Week and Early Week meals. This allows us to prioritize meal freshness and quality.
