How do I skip a delivery?

If you want to cancel an individual Thistle delivery, you can do so up until 11:59pm PST Thursday night prior to the week of its scheduled delivery. You will not be charged for a skipped delivery.

NOTE: If you change your default meal plan after a saved skipped delivery, it will reschedule the skipped delivery, so please re-skip it after making any meal plan changes.

How to skip a single delivery:

1. Head to the Upcoming Deliveries page here.
2. Scroll down to the delivery day you want to skip and to the right, click on "Skip Delivery" in red.
3. A pop-up window will appear and have you confirm you'd like this particular delivery day skipped, so click "Skip without Donating" under the donate option button. Allow the page to load/refresh and you will be all set.
4. If you change your mind you can re-add the delivery as long as it's still before billing.

How to skip multiple deliveries:

You can skip multiple deliveries if you'd like, but in that case it's best to pause full weeks from the Meal Plan page here instead. More on that here.
