When do I get charged?

Active Thistle subscriptions are billed weekly starting at 11:59 PM PT on Thursday night. Around this time, your payment method will be charged the invoice amount for the entire upcoming week's deliveries. For example, if you have both a Monday and Thursday delivery, you will be charged for both of them the Thursday prior. If you sign up before this Thursday deadline, you are not charged immediately. You'll be charged starting the Thursday 11:59pm PT time.

• Example bill date: Thursday, September 9 at 11:59 PM PT
• Example delivery dates: Monday, September 13, and Thursday, September 16

Any Thistle credits that you have in your account will automatically apply at the time of billing. You can view unused credits on your Account Credits page.

If you wish to change or skip any deliveries, please be sure to save those changes on your Upcoming Deliveries page before Thursday night at 11:59 PM PT.

If you add a delivery after billing to the upcoming week, or if you sign up on Friday through Sunday, our system will charge you right away.*

*If you have allergies listed or you are a shipping customer, however, you won't be charged immediately and you'll get deliveries starting the following week.
