Yes, you can change an address or delivery window (if you have more than one delivery window option in your area) for a single delivery.
- Log into your account and heading to the "Upcoming Deliveries" page here.
- Click the pencil icon next to the delivery day you want to modify (if it's grayed out then it's past the deadline to do this) and scroll down to the bottom of the next page and enter in the new address and delivery instructions/window/settings.
- Save the changes for that delivery day only by clicking "Deliver To New Address" in red. This is also where you'd change the delivery window (if multiple options available) if you need to adjust when you'll be able to receive the delivery.
- If you have other addresses on file, you can also select "Deliver Here Instead" under that address.
You have until 9am PST two days prior to the delivery day to make this change. If it's after this time, please contact our support team as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate the late change.
Once you have entered the new address or selected a different delivery window:
