If you forgot to add allergies to your meal plan settings during signup, please contact our support team and we'll do our best to help you with your upcoming orders. In the meantime, you can add the allergy settings to your meal plan by following these instructions:
- Head to your "Meal Plan" page and click on "Edit" to the right side of "Allergies".
- A pop-up window will appear and you can click on the allergies listed that apply to you. We cannot accommodate allergies that are not listed there. One way to work around this is to customize your upcoming deliveries each week - see how to do this here.
- Once you add your allergies, be sure to click "Save" in red. Please update this in your Meal Plan page by Thursday 11:59pm PST prior to the week you want this change to take effect.
- Here's how the meal will look like in your Upcoming Deliveries page, with the note under the dish that will be modified or replaced:
As a reminder, these are the ingredients we do not serve by default:
- Dairy (all meals)
- Wheat / Gluten (all meals)
- Eggs (all meals)
- Seafood
- Beef, lamb, or red meat products
The only allergens/preferences we accommodate for local customers only* are:
- Soy
- Tree nuts
- Coconut
- Peanuts
- Pork
*If your zip code falls in one of our shipping zones, it's not currently possible to edit your deliveries beyond choosing one of the pre-set meal plans available.
