If you live in a building that does not have a front desk staff or concierge, you may still be able to use Thistle! Drivers are unable to hold onto key fobs or keys unfortunately, since drivers assigned to you may change depending on scheduling. If there is a door code or a way to contact you directly, then you can note that information in your delivery instructions when entering your address during signup.
