For all of our lunches, which are typically salads, our dressings, nut/seed mixes, or other toppings are separated from the main component of the meal, in ramekins. The same goes for our dinners, with the exception of our curries, stews, and some of our pasta dishes, which may have the sauce incorporated into the entire meal.
