If you are scheduled to receive two deliveries per week, that means the quantity for a type of meal (i.e lunches) you selected was greater than three. Since we split our meals evenly across two delivery cycles, if you select four vegan lunches, for example, the first three (Mon, Tues, and Wed lunches) are delivered Sun/Mon and the fourth (Thurs lunch) will be delivered Wed/Thurs. This is so you get more variety from our menu, and since we also don't use added preservatives, we want your meals to be as fresh as possible as well!
