All of our meals are plant based, gluten and dairy free and the produce we use is throughly washed. Our ingredients are listed in our menu page to run by your doctor for approval. We do use Reishi in a few of our meals, which is not recommended for pregnancy or postpartum, also a conversation for your doctor. All of our juices & shots undergo a process called HPP (High Pressure Processing) - so as long as they are kept chilled and consumed within their shelf-life they should be considered just like a regular pasteurized juice and safe for postpartum women. That being said, we suggest you speak with your pediatrician and show them our menus before subscribing to Thistle.
