Yes, Thistle is by default gluten-free! There's nothing you need to do - you don't need to add "gluten" as an allergen since we don't use gluten ingredients in our meals or products. However, please note we don't recommend our service to those with very severe allergies to gluten (i.e. Celiac disease). You can read more about allergies in this article.
