If you had a missing or wrong item, we'll make sure your Thistle account gets credited for any and all items you ordered and did not receive. Thistle credits apply automatically at billing Thursday nights at 11:59pm PST for the upcoming week's delivery/deliveries. There's nothing you need to do! You can read about finding your account credits in this article. If billing has already passed, you can see the account credits deducted from your most recent invoice in your Order History accessed from your Account tab.
