At Thistle, we have incredibly high standards for all of our meals. If we fall short of these standards, we commit to making things right. If there is an error on our part during your experience, we will provide credits to your account. We ask that you report any issues within 7 days if possible.
- Missing or wrong items: If your delivery arrived missing one or more meals or other items, please let us know.
- Missing delivery: If your scheduled delivery is missing and the window has long since passed, please inform us.
We'll follow up as quickly as we can to ensure your account is made whole.
