If you made an additional meal plan by accident, read the instructions below on how to cancel it. If you were intending to simply edit your existing plan, you can read how to do that in this article (local delivery) and this article (shipping).
Canceling one of your additional plans
- Click on "Account" in the top right corner of any Thistle page. Click "Meal Plan" on the left-hand side.

At the bottom of the new meal plan you just made (the title might say your name + '2nd Plan') click "Pause or stop deliveries". On the next page, scroll to the bottom of the Pause Calendar and click the hyperlinked 'cancel your subscription' in the text below the calendar dates. Proceed to follow the confirmation pages/steps.
Note that you must confirm the last step of the cancellation process to ensure your subscription is no longer active.
- After checking off a cancellation reason on the next page, click 'Continue to Cancel Subscription'
- Finally, click 'Confirm to Cancel Subscription' (the MIDDLE button) on the next page.
- A pop-up window (like you see below) may show you when your last scheduled delivery will be (already paid) before you confirm one last time your cancellation.
- If you have any unused Thistle account credits, this pop-up window will also appear, too, informing you that you'll lose those credits if you proceed with cancelling. If you decide to fully cancel, click 'Confirm to Cancel'
- The following page is your Meal Plan page that confirms the additional plan is fully cancelled.
This will cancel just the additional plan only, so your original plan will remain active.
