If you are on your Upcoming Deliveries page, and do not see the "Customize This Delivery" buttons in red, then there could be two things happening:
1) You are a shipping customer (outside of our local delivery areas): we aren't able to customize shipments and we only offer pre-selected meal plans, which you can read more about in this article;
or,
2) It's past the deadline to customize an upcoming delivery or you signed up on a Friday through Sunday. You either missed the deadline to remove meals, or, if you create a subscription Friday-Sunday, you aren't able to edit the immediate week's deliveries yourself (noted at checkout). Our deadline to swap meals is always 11:59pm Thursday prior to the week of meals.
If it's a Friday, for example, please contact our support team to see if we can accommodate any last-minute changes on our end for the upcoming week.
