How do I find out what I was charged?

You can view itemized invoices (receipts) in the Account page of either a desktop or in our Thistle app. This is also where you can see any previous coupon or Thistle credits applied to a previous charge.

Viewing invoices in the app

1. Tap the Account icon in the footer
2. Above "Account Details", tap the three horizontal lines followed by "History" in the list that appears.

Viewing invoices in the desktop

1. First, head to your account page here. Then click on "Order History" on the left-hand side.
2. From there you'll see a history of all your charges. If you click on the order ID on the left side of each invoice, you'll see the individual cost per item and any discounts or credits applied before the total.
   • You can view up to a years' worth of invoices in your account.

See below for an example of an itemized invoice*, and please note that delivery fee(s) and any sales tax are included after the subtotal. Any intro promotions are also listed next to "Discounts".  If you have two deliveries per week, they will be combined into one total price for the "Delivery Fee" line item. If the delivery fee is voided as part of a welcome discount, that will be noted.
