What are Thistle Classics?

Thistle Classics are top-rated, customer favorite meals that are available single week. Currently, we offer two Thistle Classics: Waldorf Salad and Thistle Pad Thai.

Can I order either the vegan or the meat version of Thistle Classics?

Yes! Both the vegan and meat versions of these meals are available to order, every single week.

Waldorf Salad:

• Vegan: Garlic Tofu
• Meat: Roasted Chicken

Thistle Pad Thai:

• Vegan: Sesame Baked Tofu
• Meat: Sesame Ground Chicken

Are Thistle Classics available for every delivery?

Yes, you can order Thistle Classics every single week in both your Early Week and End of Week deliveries. 

How can I add Thistle Classics to my upcoming delivery?

Head to your Upcoming Deliveries page in your account to customize your deliveries. For each delivery, you will be able to find both the vegan and meat version of each Thistle Classic.

Can I subscribe to Thistle Classics every week?

Yes! Navigate to your Meal Plan and select “Change Plan.” From there, you will be able to find each version of the Thistle Classics (Vegan Thistle Pad Thai, Meat Waldorf Salad, etc.) and select how many you’d like each week in your subscription. 

Did you change the recipes for Thistle Classics recently?

Yes, we did update our Thistle Classics to include even more protein than before! We reimagined our most-loved meals with even more protein to fuel your day. Our culinary team tested many variations to increase protein while still maintaining the flavor and integrity of these popular Thistle dishes. Check out the new protein stats for our Classics below!

Are Thistle Classics available on both the West Coast and East Coast?

Currently, Thistle Classics are only available for local delivery on the West Coast. We are working to make Thistle Classics available on the East Coast in the future, so stay tuned for updates!

Will the Waldorf Salad and Thistle Pad Thai replace other weekly rotating lunches and dinners?

No. When it comes to your health, the more the merrier. You will still be able to choose from six rotating lunches and six rotating dinners per week, in addition to the Waldorf Salad and Thistle Pad Thai.

Will allergy versions of Thistle Classics be available?

At this time for our Thistle Classics, we cannot accommodate allergies, substitutions, or modifications, which means that you will no longer be able to receive them.

They will be on the “Available Every Week” menu, which means they will be visible every week when you make customizations to your Upcoming Deliveries. Since there are no allergy modifications for the meals, they will never be added to your delivery. As an extra safeguard, the meal photo will include a symbol that notes that they are not free of allergens.

We will also be introducing new recipes for the Fall season soon!

I'm a shipping customer. Can I still order the Thistle Classics?

At this time, the Thistle Classics are only available to local delivery customers (those who receive hand delivery, not via Ontrac).
