West Coast soy sources
- We order our tofu from Hodo Soy, based in Oakland, CA. The tofu is made from organic, non-GMO, US-grown, whole soybeans. Check out our blog for more info about this amazing company.
East Coast soy sources
- Our tofu is sourced from Baldor Foods.
The pea protein crumbles (for both coasts) we use are made with nothing but texturized pea protein (not pea protein isolate). They are made without pesticides, GMOs, preservatives, additives or any artificial ingredients. We season the crumbles in house with our own spice blends, so we know exactly what goes into each dish. Our protein crumbles have a single ingredient: texturized pea protein. The brand we use is Longeve and is made from yellow peas.
