Where are your meals prepared?

We have a couple of main facilities where our food is prepared as you can see below. Additionally, all meals are prepared in the same timeframe, regardless of your delivery window/day. And for all locations, deliveries are kept cold in transit, of course.

West Coast (Local Delivery & Shipping)

Thistle operates on the West Coast out of Vacaville, CA, and we also have a distribution center in Long Beach, CA. The food made in Vacaville is for both local delivery and shipping customers.

East Coast (Local Delivery)

On the East Coast, we are based in Burlington, New Jersey. Thistle deliveries are always transported via refrigerated trucks to hubs for drivers to retrieve them and bring them right to your door.
