We use 2.0-2.5 oz meat in our dishes, and our omnivore lunches and dinners contain a minimum of 20g protein. This protein amount comes from the meat protein in combination with the other vegetables and legumes in the dish.
We mainly use chicken, pork, and occasionally, turkey. We do not use any beef, lamb, or red meat in our meals.
Nutritional info is posted by the Sunday night prior to the upcoming week. Our physical packaging also has a nutrition label, and the Thistle app shows the nutrition information as well, though does not include the dressing stats - please head to the website on a desktop browser for that!
