Sometimes, the day gets away from us and we miss the cutoff to skip a delivery or edit an upcoming delivery. If that's the case and you missed our Thursday 11:59pm PST deadline to make a change, please contact our Support team by 5pm PST Friday (for Sunday/Monday deliveries) or 5pm PST Monday (for Wednesday/Thursday deliveries) with your specific request and we will do our best to take care of it on our end in time!
Please note that a late-cancelled delivery (meaning post Thursday deadline) delivery may still appear on your Upcoming Deliveries page, even though the logistics team has removed it from our delivery logs.
If you were able to sign up for Thistle after our regular billing time, and need to make changes to your order that's locked in, please also contact Support at thistle.co/contact as soon as possible!
