Unfortunately, no, we do not have a facility where customers can drop off their final bags or mail them, nor do we currently offer a service to reroute drivers for the pickup of empty Thistle bags and ice from customers who no longer have scheduled deliveries. You will not be charged for them! You can keep, donate, or discard them.
I have Thistle bags and ice to return but no longer have an account - can you pick them up?
