I am moving from the West Coast to the East Coast - do I have to make a new account?

Yes, you will have to make a new account with us if you are moving from one coast to another.

You can either:

• make a new account with a different email address (and cancel your West Coast account)

or,

• we can scramble your email on the West Coast account so you can still use it when signing up for an East Coast account (and we'll cancel the West Coast account for you). Just contact our support team and let us know what you prefer.

Prices may be slightly different and reflected in your new account, due to variability in food sourcing and preparation across Thistle delivery regions.
