Yes, you can enjoy Thistle throughout your pregnancy, though you should always check with your doctor before starting any new diet or food program.
Here and here are two weeks' worth of menus where you can review with your doctor the ingredients in our meals - just click on photos to see them. You and your doctor can see if there are any ingredients that you should avoid.
While we can't provide medical or personalized health advice, the only ingredient you should not consume during pregnancy that may be featured in our breakfasts or snacks are reishi mushrooms. We do offer a reishi breakfast smoothie from time to time so that may be something you may want to avoid, though again, you'd want to check with your doctor.
Also, the menus show calories and macronutrients which you might want to review with your doctor as well.
