Charges process at 11:59pm PST on Thursdays for the upcoming week. If you notice on Friday that the charge didn't go through (there will be a red banner at the top of your Upcoming Deliveries page informing you of this), you'll need to update your card, or call your bank to approve the charge, by 5pm PST Friday at the very latest, and you will also need to re-enter your credit card info regardless of the charge fail reason.
Note: Customers can currently only update payment information on a desktop browser, this function is not yet available in our Thistle mobile app.
How to update your credit card information
- Head to your Account page here (must be logged in)
- Click on "Payment Details".
- Click on "Edit" or "Add Card" depending on what you'd like to change.
Click "Add Card" (second image below) to save the changes! This will affect the next billing cycle.
