We don't offer a meal plan that's specific for diabetes, though some of our customers with diabetes find our meals to be a good fit. While we'd always suggest consulting with a doctor before starting a subscription as we are unable to give out personal health advice. However, we're happy to share more information on our meal's average nutrition stats to help.
Firstly, to review the ingredients and nutrition information for specific meals, please feel free to use these links to our external menu pages here and here. By clicking on the photo of a meal, you'll see an ingredient list and nutrition fact panel (for both vegan and meat options) populate on the screen.
Carbohydrates & net carbohydrates
If carbohydrates are of concern, it might help to know that on average, our meal's total carb count will be between 45-65 grams (depending on the meal type and protein type), with a net carbohydrate count of 30-45 grams. Meals with meat protein toppers will be lower in total carbs than their vegan counterparts so those meals may be a better fit for diabetics.
