- Head over to your Account page here.*
- Next to "Delivery Details" click "Change", then "Edit", and update your information.
- For instance, if your current delivery window does not work with your schedule, select a different delivery window if you have one available.
- You can also add a new address to your address book by clicking "Add Another Address".
- Be sure to include any instructions that will help our drivers delivery your Thistle meals smoothly. Example: Buzz unit 3321 or leave delivery on the front porch.
- Make sure to save your changes
If you have selected an overnight delivery window, we will not attempt to make contact. Please include detailed instructions on how to access your drop-off location (i.e. building access code, hiding place for the delivery, specific instructions for hard to find apartments, etc.).
If you have selected evening deliveries, that means the evening prior to Mondays and Thursdays, so Sunday and Wednesday nights.
Changes need to be made to your address/details by 11:59pm PST Thursday prior to the week you want it to take effect.
What to expect during deliveries
By default, our delivery drivers will ring your intercom or doorbell and knock on your door if it is not during an overnight window. If no one answers, drivers may follow up with a phone call. Our drivers will leave without delivering the order if we’re unable to make contact with you after 5 minutes. Deliveries are kept cold in transit. While our carriers will do their best to honor any special delivery instructions, we cannot guarantee that they’ll be accommodated and aren’t liable for any lost, stolen or damaged deliveries that result from these requests.
*Please note: If you are currently paused or cancelled, you will need to resume your subscription in order to edit your delivery information.
