Credits to your account will be made with any error on our part during your experience at Thistle. We ask that you report any issue to us within 7 days if possible.
- Missing or wrong items: If your delivery arrived missing one or more meals or other items, please contact our support team.
- Missing delivery: If your scheduled delivery is missing - if the window has long since passed, we never arrived at your door, and you haven't heard from us, please contact our support team.
We'll follow up as quickly as we can to make sure your account is made whole.
