Due to the volume of orders we have on a given delivery day, your meals might be delivered earlier in your delivery window one day and later in that window the next.
We cannot promise your delivery will always be at the same time. We ask that you are available and able to receive your meals for the whole duration of the delivery window.
You can also see if you have other delivery window options by going into your delivery details settings.
Changing your delivery window
- Head your Account page here.
- Next to "Delivery Details" click "Change", then "Edit", and select a different delivery window option if it is available to you, and maybe that will be a better fit with your work schedule.
Please make the changes by Thursday 11:59pm PST prior to the week you need the address changes or delivery settings to take effect.
