Thistle meal plans are designed to give you all of the protein your body needs. You can check out one of our public menu pages and click on the meal images to review the protein content in each item. We don't currently have protein-specific plans, so if you are tracking your macros you'll have to manage that yourself by tallying the amounts in the items you order.
Vegan protein
For our vegan meals, we love to use protein-rich superfoods and complete protein sources (which have all nine essential amino acids our bodies can’t produce on their own) like tofu, pea protein, quinoa, buckwheat, chia, & hemp seed, as well as legumes, nuts, and plenty of leafy greens to make sure you’re getting everything you need and then some.
Meat protein
Our non-vegan meals additionally contain lean meat such as free-range poultry and pork. So don’t worry, even if you have a very active lifestyle you can rest assured that our meals will always be packed with plenty of protein to fuel your day!
