We believe that fixating on calories or carbs or any other metric or single indicator of health may not be the optimal path to wellness. For example - all calories are not created equal in how they affect the complex biochemical systems that regulate our bodies. The quality of our calories count, and we strive to create balanced, nourishing meals that will keep your blood sugar and energy levels stable throughout the day. Calorie ranges in our products
- Meals: Our breakfasts tend to range in calories from 350-500 each, while lunches and dinners range from 440-750 calories on average. We find that this is a good starting point for many people, and that more active individuals, or those requiring additional calories can benefit from the addition of our soups, jar salads and snacks.
- Soups: Soups are, on average, 250 calories with at least 5-10g of protein. Jar salads range from 420-520 calories.
- Snacks: All of our snacks are under 450 calories and contain at least 8 grams of protein.
